We ask you for information about your jewel and we take care of writing a detailed description, with all the characteristics of your jewel, that buyers will need to make a decision.
We take professional photos to highlight your room. In the case of direct deposit, we use your photos but adjust the lighting and framing so that the photo is attractive.

Negotiations

We talk to potential buyers, collect their quotes and negotiate the best price for your jewellery. Our aim? To help you reach an agreement and speed up the sale of your jewellery.

Renovation & Upholstery

In some cases, we offer to renovate your jewellery before the photo shoot in order to increase its sale price. It is only after the sale that the costs will be invoiced to you and deducted from the sale price (subject to your commitment to entrust the product to us until it is sold).
The price of the renovation varies according to the nature of the work to be carried out, and will be submitted to you for approval.
In all cases, the jewellery (and its original packaging if applicable) will be meticulously cleaned and packaged before dispatch.

Packaging

Whenever possible, we reuse the jewel's original boxes, and when this is not possible, we offer an eco-friendly but chic packaging option. If you prefer a more precious box, to keep for a very long time or to give as a gift, we also offer an ultra-elegant, unsigned 'luxury' option.
We use neutral packaging made from recycled cardboard.
