Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email containing a gift card in PDF format. All you have to do is print it out, slip it into an envelope and give it to the person of your choice.
If you would like to change the value of the gift card or if you would like to change the message written on the card, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you personalise your gift.

You place your order on the site by adding to your basket the gift card in the amount of your choice. If the amount options are not enough for you, you can send us a message and we will prepare a gift card for you in the value of your choice.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the gift card in PDF format. You can print it out straight away and slip it into an envelope before giving it to your loved one. You can also forward the email to them.
Each gift card we offer contains an automated message. If you wish to personalise this message, you can send us a message and we will write your words on your gift.
When your loved one wants to use the gift card to buy a piece of jewellery, they add the item to their basket. They then enter the promotional code printed on the gift card. The amount they have to pay to buy the jewellery is then reduced by the amount of the gift card you gave them.
Your loved one is delighted with their jewellery and you are delighted with your gift! If it turns out that the jewellery is not to their liking, your loved one has the statutory period of 14 days following receipt of the jewellery to obtain a refund or make a claim. We will also reactivate their gift card code.
All gift cards are valid indefinitely on all products available on the site.
The offers can be combined with the gift card: in practice, your loved one will be able to buy a piece of jewellery benefiting from another offer with the gift card you have given them.
