Second-hand Poiray Secret Heart pendant in 925/1000 sterling silver, featuring a flat heart with an openwork centre, with a simple fixed clasp. The pendant is held by a black satin-finish cord. One side of the heart bears the Poiray signature, the number 925 and the hallmark.
The pendant comes with its original Poiray pouch.
