Jewellery History
In 2001, Marc Jacobs created his first jewellery collection for Louis Vuitton, the centrepiece of which is a charm bracelet that recalls the symbols of the house and plays on its emblems: the monogram flower and the padlock recalling the savoir-faire of the trunk-maker.
20 years later, Louis Vuitton is a benchmark house in the world of jewellery. The jewellery creations honour this heritage, transforming every flower motif, luggage detail or initials into a jewel. Here, the Etiquette recalls the natural leather tags attached to the luggage in the Monogram line, which have been transformed into a dog collar.
