- Deposit You entrust us with your jewellery so that we can take the professional photos and put them online. We draw up a contract and send you all the information you need for the insured and secure dispatch of your jewellery.
- Direct connection we put your jewellery online without a deposit, with the photos you provide. If you choose this mode, we will ask you to take photos as follows the good photographer's guide and to provide us with all the information we need to put the item online and carry out the pre-appraisal. Only when your jewellery has been sold will we organise shipping.

If you have chosen direct on-line, afin que vos bijoux apparaissent rapidement sur notre site avec la meilleure mise en valeur, nous vous remercions de suivre les recommandations suivantes :
- Photos on a white background (table, fabric, paper, walls),
- Minimum 4/5 photos with: front, back and side of the jewel, visible markings and hallmarks, box and certificates.
- Veillez à ce que le bijou et ses accessoires soient pris en entier et non coupés par la photo.
- Shoot in daylight, use portrait mode and eliminate the flash by focusing on the jewel.

FAQ
- We do not no direct purchase. We act as a trusted third party to manage the posting, transport, appraisal and sale of the item. You are paid when the jewel is sold, minus the commission and any repairs.
- All jewellery is stored in a safe. We can arrange for your jewellery to be collected by insured transport.
