All our second-hand jewellery is selected, pre-expertised, photographedOur jewellery is described in detail before being put online. We only sell top brand precious metal jewellery in excellent condition. They are cleaned and pampered so that you receive a piece of jewellery as good as new.
Some jewels may have a patina, the sign of a jewel with a history. We give you as much information as possible about its condition using a pre-defined scale. All our sellers are co-opted and verified: this is our circle of trust. We take every precaution to check the origin of the jewellery beforehand.
Before being sent to you, each piece of jewellery undergoes a thorough in-depth expertise by our expertise partner, who will issue a certificate. Our partner is a member of the National Company of Experts.
Check the condition of the jewellery
To help you find your way around when buying second-hand jewellery, we have established 6 categories corresponding to the condition of the product. Remember that jewellery is an intimate object that is passed on, cherished and associated with moments in life. Its small imperfections are also the trace of a unique history and emotional value.
Jewellery condition: our categories
Never worn: mint condition : practically new, never worn since purchase.
Like new: Near-new condition : jewel worn a few times.
Category A Renovated: Excellent condition : second-hand jewellery that has been polished or treated to restore its original appearance. A few scratches or marks may remain, usually barely visible to the naked eye. Our workshop is careful to bring out the best in your jewellery while preserving its patina.
Category A: Excellent condition : Second hand jewel in excellent condition. Few visible scratches or signs of use. Slight patina.
Category AB: Very Good Condition : Second hand jewel in very good condition. The jewel has a patina, but no particular markings. A few scratches or traces of use may be visible, but generally on inconspicuous parts of the jewel, giving it a patina.
Category B: Good condition : Second hand jewel in good condition. The jewel may have a particular mark, micro-scratches, but the jewel remains very aesthetic when worn. This is generally jewellery that cannot be refurbished because of its design, and where the signs of wear instead give the jewellery a patina, proof of its unique history.
Category C: Average condition : second-hand jewellery in average condition where the scratches are visible, or the shine has been reduced by frequent use. You probably won't find any category C jewellery on our site, as we send it directly for refurbishment.
Sizing guide
We recommend that you check size of the jewel and your size before you buy, as well as information about the jewel's metals and stones, and the pattern sizes, compared with your hands, ears, wrists, etc. Don't know your size? Don't panic, it's very easy to measure your size, based on your current jewellery, or simply by measuring the circumference of your finger or wrist. Just follow the guides below.
