Every piece of jewellery offered for sale on weprecious passes through our hands and undergoes a physical examination. Before being dispatched to you, it also undergoes a physical examination. expertise by our exclusive partner Heritage JewelleryOur expert partner carries out an independent analysis and draws up a detailed certificate of expertise.
Some of our second-hand jewellery comes with its own certificate and the original box. This is specified on the product sheet and can provide additional reassurance when making a purchase. The condition of the box is also specified.
If you have any doubts about your pre-owned jewellery, our customer service team is available to answer your questions, and we undertake to re-examine your pre-owned jewellery if you have any serious doubts.

Charlotte Wannebroucq, founder of Heritage Jewelleryhas been a gemmologist for over 25 years and is a graduate of the Institut National de Gemmologie de Paris (ING). Her professionalism is recognised by the National Company of Art Experts of which she is a member as an independent chartered expert in jewellery, precious stones and pearls.
Founded in 1971, the CNE brings together more than 190 experts specialising in fields such as antiques, paintings, books, curiosities and objets d'art from all periods. Its aim is to bring together the best professionals, bind them together by a very specific code of ethics and offer their specialist skills and guarantees to anyone who needs them. To be admitted to the Compagnie, members have to demonstrate considerable professional experience and unquestionable probity: ten years' effective and continuous practice of the profession, competence recognised by peers, enjoyment of civil and political rights, no criminal record.
A member's commitment to the Company obliges him or her to comply with very strict ethical rules, such as practising his or her profession with honesty, probity and fairness, taking out insurance covering civil liability as an expert, respecting professional secrecy, and offering their skills and guarantees to anyone who needs them.

Our shipments are secured and insured. The parcel will be delivered to you personally, against signature. Most of our jewellery comes in sealed, anonymous packaging to prevent fraud during transport.
We use a secure payment systemWe will then place your payment in an escrow account until the jewel is in your hands. You will have 2 days to accept the jewel and 14 days to return it and be reimbursed for the price of the jewel.
Return policy
You have the legal deadline from 14 days after your purchase to return the product purchased on our site or to make a complaint about a product that you believe to be non-compliant. Products must be returned to us intact in their shipping packaging without having been worn and with the security seal that our expert affixes to the product before shipping.
