After 17 years working for major luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci, and a 10-year entrepreneurial adventure in digital education*, Gaël de Dorlodot moved to Tokyo with her family, where she discovered another facet of the circular economy.
"I'm impressed by the Japanese ability to recreate a complete second-hand retail ecosystem and the level of quality of the products. I spend my weekends looking for treasures in Harajuku, Shimokitazawa or Shibuya. Each district has its own offer, more or less luxury or fashion, but always with impeccable care, respect for the brand and know-how, and an impressive level of service".
Today, Gaël only buys second-hand and in 2022 decided to take an active part in the movement that was set to revolutionise the luxury goods industry, thanks to digital technology and circularity.
