The website <i>weprecious.com <\/i>allows contracts for the sale of products to be concluded without recourse to auctions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">These general terms and conditions shall prevail over any other general or special terms and conditions not approved by Very Pr\u00e9cieuse SAS. The Seller and the Buyer are subject to these general terms and conditions as soon as they are accepted when accessing the site or registering on the site, whether by creating an account or by submitting a new piece of jewellery for sale, and until the account is deleted, whether or not the Seller has sold its products and whether or not the Buyer has purchased the products offered.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\">All professional sellers must declare themselves as such to Very Pr\u00e9cieuse SAS and this information will be specified on the site. The Seller receives an e-mail from the carrier with the dispatch note to be attached and an electronic link to schedule collection of the item on the date and at the location of his choice. The cost of transporting the item from the Seller to Very Pr\u00e9cieuse SAS is prepaid by Very Pr\u00e9cieuse SAS. The Seller will give the package to the carrier at the time of collection. However, these delivery times are given for information only.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p37\">Very Precieuse SAS assumes the risks of transport and is obliged to reimburse the Customer in the event of damage caused during transport.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p37\">In the event of a specific request from the Customer concerning the conditions of packaging or transport of the products ordered, duly accepted in writing by Very Pr\u00e9cieuse SAS, the related costs will be the subject of a specific additional invoice, based on an estimate previously accepted in writing by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p37\">The Customer must confirm receipt of each Product ordered to Very Pr\u00e9cieuse SAS within two (2) days of delivery.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p37\">Failing this, the Product will be deemed to have been received by the Customer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p37\">The Customer must check the condition of the Products delivered before signing the delivery note given by the carrier.
