How do I know what size collar I need?
Buying the perfect necklace online can be tricky without knowing your neck size. To make it easier, we've developed three simple ways to measure your neck size. Follow our step-by-step guide and find the perfect size for your next necklace.
1EARTH METHOD: Measure your neck size using a string or ribbon.
1. Take a piece of string, ribbon or a 1 cm wide strip of paper.
2. Wrap it around your neck.
3. Using a pen, mark the point where the string overlaps.
4. Unroll the piece of string and place it on a flat surface.
5. Using a ruler, measure the distance in millimetres between the end of the piece of string and your point.
2ÈME METHOD: Measure your neck size using a tape measure
1. Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your neck where you want the collar to rest.
2. Make sure the tape is snug, but not too tight. There should be a little space left for the collar to fit comfortably.
3. Read the measurement on the tape measure where the end meets the rest of the tape.
4. Make a note of the measurement you get: it will be the ideal length for your necklace.
